For absolute beginners we offer Beginning Knitting and Learn to Crochet every month on weekday evenings and weekends
- $50 includes instruction, all materials, a book and a project bag
- Beginning Knitting teaches casting on, knitting, purling, binding off and seaming to make a pair of fingerless mitts.
- Learn to Crochet students master foundation chains, single, half double and double crochet to make a set of dish or face cloths.

Purchase an $8 Passport and hit the road to visit all 19 participating NE Ohio Yarn shops. Each passport includes an exclusive canvas tote while supplies last. At each store, make a minimum $10 purchase (before tax) to get your passport stamped, collect a shop pin, and be entered into the shop Prize Raffle. Visit 5, 10, 15 or all 19 shops to be entered into drawings for even more prizes.
Two Handed Fair Isle Workshop with Barb Ulery $75 includes class project materials.
October 5 10a-12 and 1-3p
Taught by Barb Ulery, a fiber arts teacher with years of experience in local yarn stores. The morning section of this workshop introduces Fair Isle style of stranded color work, discusses color choices and chart reading and then focusses on the two-handed technique. In the afternoon section, students will work on their choice of a Hat or Purse. They will have worked the border as part of their homework and so are ready to start the stranded fun.

Vogue Knitting Live Columbus Bus Trip $65 includes water and a snack on the bus
