Max Daniels is a writer with a monthly self-care column on Modern Daily Knitting. She made the switch from project management to life coaching in 2010, when the lure of technologies of human liberation became way more exciting than software. She has particular expertise in binge eating, and is the author of the forthcoming Meals at Mealtimes: Rapid Recovery for Binge Eaters.
Max is really excited to be offering wall-to-wall 1:1 coaching at Around the Table Yarns' February retreat. These will be short sessions, but we'll go til everyone who wants to get coached has been coached! Free to participants.

"A good coach can point out things you’ve literally never seen before, ask questions that no one else has ever thought to ask you, and make room for you to have entirely new ideas. Realizations, inspirations, action. Coaching helps you get from where you are to where you really want to go … with kindness. Also, typically, it’s fun."
