Finish Something! is our annual Summer (June 21-September 21, 2026) challenge.
It is exactly what it sounds like, a challenge to finish as many of those pesky UFO’s as you can during the lazy days of summer.
The categories of unfinished craft projects include all of the following:
knitting
crochet or Tunisian crochet
embroidery/needlepoint/cross stitch
sewing/quilting
spinning
weaving
needle felting
mending
blocking and finishing
To participate, simply photograph and post a picture in our Ravelry group of an item you have finished between June 21, 2026 and September 22, 2026 with as much information as you would like to share (craft, fiber, pattern, how long it took to finish, etc.). Unlike previous years, we are not asking for a count of the number of projects you are going to try to finish.
New this year, the 3 people with the most finished objects posted in the Ravelry group by September 22, 2025 will win a $25 gift certificate to Around the Table Yarns! We will also be drawing from the rest of the posts the name of a random participant in the Challenge to win a similar prize.
